J&M Aquatics Late Payment Policy Update
​​​Effective immediately, J&M Aquatics has implemented the following payment policy:

Payment Window:

Payment for scheduled lessons must be completed within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson time.

​Late Payment Fee:

If payment is not received within the 48-hour window, a $5 late payment fee will be applied to your account. An invoice for the lesson and late payment fee will be sent to you.

Scheduling Restrictions:

Outstanding payments, including any late fees, must be cleared before additional lessons can be scheduled.

This policy ensures fairness and maintains the quality of our operations. We appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this updated policy.

Valid Late Payment Exceptions:

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you have a valid reason for a late payment, please reach out to us as soon as possible. However, simply forgetting to pay is not a valid excuse. To avoid any fees, we highly recommend making your payment during the lesson or immediately after it.
